Let’s Talk About It

Sharing our similar experiences with anxiety is a good way of coping. It can feel intimidating to talk to anyone about it, but having a place to go read and maybe even write about it seems more manageable.

I’m not in any way a licensed professional, but I’m always here to listen!

If there are any stories you want to share with me please send them to me. I love other people’s stories, no matter how frivolous you may think it is, because it’s like getting to know someone on a deeper level that connects us all.

If you want me to keep it private I will not share it. However, I’m thinking about creating a page of other’s embarrassing/anxious stories so if you’d like to participate, let me know! I can put your name or just leave it anonymous if that would make you more comfortable.

I think having a space like this where we can all laugh with each other can really help a lot of people. I know I can’t cure anyone’s anxiety, but my hope with this website is to help alleviate some of it while also helping myself in the process. It’s good to be reminded that you’re not alone.
