Laugh with Me

If you’re a human being, you’ve probably experienced anxiety before. If you’re a robot, sorry but this page isn’t for you. It’s nothing personal, I just don’t think you’d get much out of this blog.

Anxiety can be a good thing and a bad thing. I think we naturally experience anxiety as a survival mechanism. Our brain is probably trying to keep us safe by sending signals to the rest of our body to sweat, shake, or even run.

But the issue is when anxiety becomes too overwhelming and keeps us from taking risks at all. Even small ones.

So how are we supposed to learn to differentiate? When did this natural experience even become unnatural to the occasional point of self-detriment?

Maybe we’ll find the answers, maybe not. However I’ve come to realize that the more I talk about and even laugh at my unnecessary anxiety, the better I have managed to learn to live with it.

So if this is something that interests you or is relatable, this page is made for you. I mean not you personally because I’m sure I don’t know you personally, but I know I can’t be the only one who struggles with anxiety so this page is for all of us who are on the struggle bus. Yay!
